About the Film: This film focuses on Dr. Martin Luther King’s articulation of the Beloved Community in that it is possible to create civil, equitable and harmonious communitiesthrough non-violent social change. The Beloved Community Project—through film, storytelling, history, current events and movement—addresses global issues with local relevance and asks what each of us can do for change.
